Miejsce i rola odbytych szkoleń w ocenie kandydata w trakcie rekrutacji pracowniczej na stanowisko kierownicze

Abstract
Article devoted to the problem of assessment of a candidate for a managerial position during the recruitment in the context of training undertaken. The problem is discussed from the point of view of the theory (query literature) and empiricism (analysis of the results diagnos-tic survey). The first part of the chapter discusses the problem recruitment of workers, fur-ther outlined the concept and the overall roles and responsibilities of the manager in the organization. Then illustrated training as a place of modeling managerial competence. The empirical part presents the results of research on the postulate of the research, which concerned the role of training in the recruitment of candidates aspiring to leadership posi-tions from the perspective of recruiters and candidates. Results allowed to assess that specific trainings are valuable for recruiters and candidates aspiring to leadership positions. Opinions became the basis for the formulation of recommendations in terms of the desired training for future candidates aspiring to leadership positions.
