Diagnoza potrzeb szkoleniowych w organizacjach

Abstract
The article focuses on the problem of identifying the training needs of organizations from the point of view of theory and practice. It discusses the evolution of the diagnosis of training needs in organizations , its levels ; sources of knowledge about the needs of training organi-zations , work teams and employees, and implementation methods of diagnosis . The aim of the chapter is to see whether the theoretical assumptions of diagnosis of training needs have realization in practice of the operation of businesses, and , if so, to what extent and how this realization is conditioned . This was achieved by analyzing the literature and the results of the diagnostic survey.
