Ograniczenia swobody handlu międzynarodowego w WTO
Abstract
The paper presents free trade restrictions which the Member States are authorised to impose under the rules of the World Trade Organization. Both import and export restrictions attributable to the State are discussed. The paper does not touch upon the subject of antidumping and countervailing duties, neither does it discuss the measures based on plurilateral agreements. The TRIPS agreement is discussed in another section of this book.
