Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe dla uczniów zdolnych – od wyzwań do modelu wsparcia

Abstract
The article discusses the role of educational and vocational counselling in comprehensive support for the development of gifted pupils. In response to the identified specific educational and developmental needs of this group, i.e.: adequate recognition of abilities and talents, multiplicity of interests and talents, individualism, perfectionism, asynchrony, a model of sustainable development of the gifted pupils’ career was developed. Implementation of it in the councelling practice will allow for optimal use of their potential, which will result in an increase in their adaptation to the environment and related with it well-being.
