Abstract
The article discusses the formal and legal conditions for the implementation of education for road safety in Poland. It was presented the analysis of national and international documents regulating the issues of education for road safety in the formal, out of formal and informal dimension. In addition, were presented the results of a survey on road threats with a proposal for actions aimed at improving safety in this dimension.
