Abstract
Orienteering (orienteering) is overcome as soon as possible, routes designated in the control points (CP).The source of information (the nature of the land, recording the route) is a map. Within the current route between the checkpoints in any order, and that freedom of choice and the implementation of the course is the essence of orienteering. Running on orientation makes it possible to move outdoors in a natural environment surrounded by nature, positively affects the spiritual and physical well-being, which carries specific health benefits. In addition, this movement is enriched elements of rivalry and competition, which brings relaxation and satisfaction with the effort.
Aim of this study is to analyze the structure and dynamics of the training load carried by orienteers of the national team in 2002-2003 during the preparatory training camps.
Material research
The study was used to training documentation contained in the training diary containing records of training loads carried by orienteers during camp:
Koscielisko (13-23.12.2002r.)
Wisla (27.12.2002r. - 4.01.2003r.)
Borowice (31.01.-08.02.2003r.)
The starting point for recording and analyzing the training load training is developed training diary, the main source of data used in this work. The table below contains a sample record of completed training loads in one of the camps.
Test Methods
Registration and analysis of the test material was performed using the computer program training loads Recorder ver.1.0, which was written as a thesis Martin Chrapkowski in the Department of Athletics University of Physical Education and Sports of them. Jędrzej Śniadecki in Gdansk under the direction of dr hab. Krzysztof Prusik, prof. AWFiS in 2006.
Results
Sports grouping is an important element of technical preparation, tactical and stamina to compete. Summary of the consultation or for some technical grouping requires first of all determine the objectives to be achieved and to determine which technical skills will be taught, and which improve (Smokers Pr, Kozlowski J, 1998).Analysis and recording of training load helps contribute to a better control of the training process.
Conclusions
Between work done in training and sports achievements are inseparable. The volume and intensity of training loads and the length of rest breaks is the key to success in today's sport. Ask a player exceeded exertion can lead to overtraining and not too small contributor to the development of certain motor skills. Grouping sports are an important part of the training process s.
Usually lasts 9-14 days and is characterized by a large volume of work done. In this paper, an analysis of three camps - in Borowice, the Vistula and Koscielisko. The research shows that the training load for the camps are mostly between 4% and 6% of boys met the burden of annual macrocycle.
The analysis can also be concluded that the grouping plan first requires the setting of objectives to be achieved and to determine which skills will be taught, and which improved.
You must also specify the strategy to changes in the training cycle load (another level of strength is required in November, another in March and in September, resulting in the juxtaposition of the camp).
