Abstract
The net organization is created as a reply to dynamic alternations in an environment. It’s often composed of separate firms collaborating to achieve the definite purpose. Using different dimensions we can show the types of networking: - level of using information technologies: from non-virtual to virtual network; - dimensions of occupying different positions along the network in value chains and the extend to which network governance is structured: intracorporate network, franchising, strategic alliance, R&D consortium, trade association, industrial district.
