Solomon Islands as failed state (focused on region’s security)

Abstract
The main goal of the submitted paper is to analyse RAMSI mission to Solomon Islands concerning the region’s security as a result of Australia's middle power engagement in the region. RAMSI represents a multilateral state-building regional intervention based on cooperation of a regional organisation (The Pacific Island Forum) and Australia as resulting from its middle power engagements.
