Abstract
The trust is perceived as valuable resource of every organization, determining the efficiency of management processes. The trust is one of the most important components which have influence on the interpersonal relationship character. Such values like knowledge, competence, honesty can be its source, and trust also can have a dimension based on the self-interest.
The purpose of the article is presenting dissertations allowing for answering
the fundamental questions: what dimension of trust in the largest degree is projecting filling of managerial positions, as well as, what relations and connections with other organizational processes have personal decisions in
management practice.
