Abstract
In this article the licensing system was presented as a tool for financing of new motorways project in Poland. The role of a license’s holder was discussed and companies which obtained the license to develop motorways in Poland were described. The present state of advancement of new motorways project was described and perspectives of its completion until 2013 were presented. The up-to-date experience in application of the licensing system allowed to draw Author’s conclusions.
