Abstract

Rzeczpospolita przez wieki była jednym z najbardziej zalesionych krajów europejskich i pozostaje do tej pory, o czym świadczy fakt posiadania przez Polskę szóstych co do wielkości lasów w Unii Europejskiej (dane za 2014 rok). Tym samym fakt posiadania sporych terenów leśnych sprawia, że objęcie ich szczególnym typem opodatkowania jest interesującą kwestią i materią, którą warto poddać wnikliwej analizie.

The Republic of Poland for centuries has been one of the most forested European country and remains to now, as evidenced of this is the fact that Poland has the sixth largest forest in the European Union (data for 2014 years).
