Źródła energii odnawialnej jako czynnik bezpieczeństwa energetycznego Polski

Abstract

In XX century population of our planet tripled whereas fossil fuel consumption increased twenty times. In the circumstances of dramatic decrease in fossil fuel, the rise in prices of energy and unstable political situation in some regions of the world made the economic and political context of energy security of the European Union and Poland clearly visible. At the same time it can be noticed that there are aspirations to work out possibly the most effective (economically, socially and ecologically) ways of acquiring electricity by using renewable energy sources such as: the sun, wind, water or natural heat of the Earth.

Au XXe siècle, la population de la planète a triplé, alors que la consommation de combustibles fossiles augmenta plus de vingt fois. La baisse drastique des ressources minières prise en compte, les hausses des prix de l’énergie et la situation politique instable dans certaines régions du monde mirent en évidence le contexte économique et politique de la sécurité énergétique, tant de l’Union européenne que de la Pologne. Simultanément est constaté un engagement en faveur du développement de moyens les plus effi caces – au niveau économique, social et environnemental – afi n d’obtenir de l’électricité à partir de sources d’énergie renouvelables qui sont: le soleil, le vent, l’eau, voire la chaleur naturelle de la Terre.

В двадцатом веке, население нашей планеты увеличилось в три раза, в то время как потребление ископаемого топлива - более чем в двадцать раз. В случае резкого снижения добычи ископаемых, рост цен на энергоносители и политическая нестабильность в некоторых регионах мира, обнаружили экономический и политический контекст энергетической безопасности так Евросоюза, как и Польши. В то же время отмечается стремление выработать более эффективные - с экономической, социальной и экологической точки зрения - способы получения электроэнергии из возобновляемых источников, которыми являются: солнцe, ветер, вода и природное тепло Земли.
