Abstract
Współcześnie istnieje wiele problemów i zagrożeń obszarów wiejskich. W celu zatrzymania procesów niszczących wiejskie wartości społeczne i przestrzenne, a także naprawy ich negatywnych skutków, tworzy się projekty odnowy wsi. Celem pracy jest wykonanie zintegrowanego projektu odnowy rodzinnej wsi autora, tj. Murzynowa Kościelnego, położonego w gminie Dominowo, w powiecie średzkim, w województwie wielkopolskim. Projekt odnosi się w głównej mierze do aspektu tożsamości wsi i wartości życia wiejskiego jako centralnego elementu modelu odnowy wsi. Autor postawił sobie za zadanie stworzenie projektu charakteryzującego się dwoma podstawowymi cechami, tj. utylitarnością i aplikacyjnością. Aspekt utylitarności reprezentuje w tym względzie odkrycie i odbudowę tożsamości wsi oraz zrozumienie, że jest ona kapitałem rozwojowym. Aspekt aplikacyjności należy wiązać z szeroko rozumianymi uregulowaniami prawnymi. Bogata historia, krajobraz i architektura stanowią bezcenną wartość wsi Murzynowo Kościelne. Jej potencjał należy wykorzystać poprzez studium krajobrazu, projekty odnowy przestrzeni publicznych oraz objęcie całego obszaru wsi wspólnym Miejscowym Planem Zagospodarowania Przestrzennego, będącego aktem prawa miejscowego.Nowadays there are many problems and risks concerning rural areas. In order to stop the processes, that destroy rural social values and planning, and also to repair their negative effects, village renewal projects are created. The aim of this study was to create an integrated renewal project of author’s home village Murzynowo Kościelne, which is located in the commune of Dominowo, in the district of Środa, in the Wielkopolska Region. The project refers mainly to the aspect of village identity and to the values of country life as a central element of the village renewal model. The main idea was to create a design which is characterized by two main features: the usability and the reality of implementation. Usability aspect should be understood by the discovery and restoration of village identity, while the aspect of the implementation reality should be associated with broadly defined legislation rules. Rich history of the village, landscape and architecture are priceless assets to Murzynowo Kościelne. Its potential should be implemented through landscape studies, public space renewal projects and the coverage of entire village area under one local plan of spatial development, which is an act of local law.
