Abstract

In the book, the authors have focused on the key problem which is possessing an effective and modern AD system. It is obvious that the problem is very complex and difficult to solve; more difficult in a more turbulent environment. Additionally, one has to realize that the demands facing the air defense evolve and are modified considerably. The possibility of successful meeting them depends on the pace and rhythm of the AD system’s development, shaping the events in its operational environment.

W książce autorzy zajmują się kluczową kwestią jaką jest posiadanie skutecznej i nowoczesnej OP. Nie ulega wątpliwości, że jest to problem bardzo złożony, a trudność jego rozwiązania zwiększa się wraz z narastającą turbulencją otoczenia. Poza tym należy być świadomym tego, że wymagania stawiane przed OP ulegają istotnym przeobrażeniom i modyfikacjom. Możliwości ich spełnienia zależą z jednej strony od tempa i rytmu rozwoju systemu OP, które kształtują zdarzenia zachodzące w jego otoczeniu.
