Abstract

Artykuł dotyka bardzo ważnego zagadnienia - konsekwencji opuszczenia przez Rosje Rady Europy i tym samym opuszczenia systemu ochrony praw człowieka stworzonego w ramach Europejskiej Konwencji Praw Człowieka. Celem artykułu jest pokazanie co oznacza dla państwa wykluczenie z Rady Europy, w szczególności w obszarze ochrony praw człowieka, a także przedstawienie procedury dalszej współpracy organów stojących na straży ochrony praw człowieka Rady Europy z państwem, które przestało być członkiem organizacji.

The article touches on a very important issue - the consequences of Russia leaving the Council of Europe and thus leaving the system of human rights protection created under the European Convention on Human Rights. The aim of the article is to show what exclusion from the Council of Europe means for a state, in particular in the area of human rights protection, as well as to present the procedure for further cooperation of the Council of Europe's human rights protection bodies with a state that has ceased to be a member of the organization.
