Funkcjonowanie i przyszłość G20 w erze geopolitycznych napięć początku XXI wieku

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono genezę, zasady funkcjonowania, metody oddziaływania oraz determinanty rozwoju Grupy Dwudziestu (G20) - specyficznej formy instytucjonalnej służącej wspólnemu definiowaniu problemów świata oraz opracowania kierunków ich rozwiązywania. W szczególności poddano analizie te mechanizmy funkcjonowania, które służą wzmocnieniu siły oddziaływania agendy i rozwiązań proponowanych przez G20 na inne państwa świata. Autorzy stworzyli i poddali również analizie scenariusze możliwych przekształceń G20 w warunkach przemian gospodarki światowej i napięć geopolitycznych.

The article presents the origins, principles of functioning, methods of influence and determinants of the development of the Group of Twenty (G20) - a specific institutional form serving the common definition of world problems and the development of directions for solving them. In particular, the mechanisms of functioning that serve to strengthen the impact of the agenda and solutions proposed by the G20 on other countries of the world were analysed. The authors also created and analyzed scenarios of possible transformations of the G20 in the conditions of changes in the global economy and geopolitical tensions.
