Terapia systemowa rodzin jako jeden ze sposobów rozwiązywania problemów dzieci i młodzieży

Abstract

Wprowadzenie. Niniejszy artykuł podejmuje zagadnienie systemowej terapii rodzin, stanowiącej jedną z współcześnie stosowanych form pomocy rodzinie w sytuacjach trudnych i kryzysowych. Publikacja przybliża to zagadnienie, wyjaśnia cele i ogólne założenia podejścia, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem perspektywy dzieci i młodzieży. Cel. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie ogólnych założeń systemowej terapii rodzin jako jednej ze współcześnie stosowanych form pracy z rodziną. Materiały i metody. Na podstawie literatury przedmiotu opisane zostały wybrane elementy terapii rodzin w ujęciu systemowym. Wnioski. Artykuł dowodzi, że systemowa terapia rodzin może stanowić wartościową alternatywę dla terapii indywidualnych. Uznać ją można za jedną z możliwych form radzenia sobie z problemami dzieci i młodzieży. Systemowe ujęcie daje bowiem szansę na wielokontekstowe poznanie obserwowanego problemu oraz spojrzenie na doświadczaną sytuację z szerszej perspektywy.

Introduction. This article deals with the issue of systematic family therapy, which is one of the currently used forms of family support in difficult and crisis situations. The publication introduces this issue, explains the goals and general assumptions of the approach, with particular emphasis on the perspective of children and adolescents. Aim. The aim of the article is to present the general assumptions of systemic family therapy as one of the currently used forms of work with the family. Methods. Based on the literature on the subject, selected elements of family therapy have been described in terms of a systemic approach. Conclusions. The article proves that systemic family therapy can be a valuable alternative to individual therapies. It can be considered as one of the possible forms of coping with the problems of children and adolescents. The systemic approach gives a chance to get to know the observed problem in a multi-context way and to look at the experienced situation from a broader perspective.
