Abstract Physical activity is by far one of the most important components of a healthy lifestyle. It has been proven that regular physical activity directly affects the functioning of the various systems of the system. To habitual physical activity was to vaccinate her from an early age. What we can guarantee physical fitness into old age. Optimal health is closely linked to the quality of life. The main objective is to maintain physical activity for good health, reduced risk of developing lifestyle diseases due to lack of movement and combat complications of these diseases if they have already appeared. Physical activity is also used in rehabilitation and turns out to be helpful not only in the fight against diseases of civilization, but the whole spectrum of other diseases. The aim of the research is to determine the size of the impact on the level of health training of selected motor abilities in women aged 48 years sufferers of multiple sclerosis. Material and methods The study was based on the case study. To determine the fitness level of the test person, as a measure of health (J. Drabik 1997), EUROFIT test. Selected from the four test performances, under which, it was possible to assess the following motor skills: endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. Trying marching was carried out on the outdoor athletics track, the city stadium in Iława. Conducted six - monthly health training. Woman before a workout has been medically examined and the efficiency, which became the starting point for the management of health training. During the training program the test person has been subjected to various physical activity, varying in terms of volume, frequency and duration. Results. Presented characteristics of selected motor skills level of the person's at the beginning of the macrocycle. Were taken into account the following motor skills: strength, flexibility of the spine, abdominal muscle strength and body balance. After analyzing the results, it can be concluded according to the literature (Drabik, 1997) that the strength of women tested at the beginning of the macrocycle was at the average level-Quetelet index was 96. Flexibility of the spine was at a good level compared to the standard Swedish population and was 33 centimeters. Abdominal muscle strength was at an average level and amounted to 11 repetitions. The study received the maximum score in the test body balance, ie 0 supports. Findings and conclusions. Thanks to research on the impact of health training targeted at the level of selected motor skills and indicators of body building women at the age of 48 years was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis raises the following observations: 1. It should be noted that the scope of the volume and intensity of training fits within the guidelines contained in the literature (Kuński, 2003) of the total and the specialist literature which deals with physical activity in people with multiple sclerosis (N. Holland, Halper J. 2009). 2. Training load was based on an interview with a specialist medical observation and data available in the literature concerning the programming of training loads for adults, taking into account the particular safety conditions of teaching in patients with multiple sclerosis. Very carefully monitored women being examined during health training program, which has agreed to take the experiment. 3. In implementing health training followed by gradual progression of training loads, but operated only training volume without disturbing moderate intensity. Respecting the principle of regularity, opinions, autonomy, efficiency, relationship between theory and practice, affordability, personalization and socialization relationship and satisfaction exerciser, which is an important recreational activity. 4. Attention is drawn heart rate test women. It is even both before and after exercise. What is considered a good indicator of current control for those without disease within the respiratory system - circulatory system. In women studied in addition to the current (measured heart rate) was also used periodic inspection (test EUROFIT).en
