Abstract
The city may be defined by its complexity. Different people, different lifestyles, different types of architecture and, among other things, all sorts of information: sings, traffic lights, maps, advertisements and many others. But do these only inform? Is there anything more to all those sources of information? Does it change? The main idea of this paper is to find answers to those questions and define different types and functions of city information in Wrzeszcz, district of Gdansk.
