In the turbulent environment the evolutionary improvement of organization appears to be insufficient – the response is the development of competences that enable to discover the innovation sources regularly, absorb them from outside or generate by means of the company’s own resources and implement in products and processes. What are the key factors of forming the business creativity and innovativeness? Are there any effective patterns of improving competitiveness based on innovations? The purpose of this article is to present a case study of a business, representing an attempt to answer this question. The case study has been developed with the use of the company internal materials, press releases and interviews with two key persons in the said organization.en
