Abstract

Effective management of military property is only possible when an appropriate knowledge about its quantity, quality and value is available. Running the unified quantity-quality-value records demands employment of reliable. Systems of identification of defense products. Implementation of information technologies (IT) shows the weaknesses, imperfection and inefficiency of the existing organizational-functional structures and mismanagement in currently functioning system and sub-system.
