Abstract
In the process of managing organizations a great
importance is being placed on improving the process of
human resources management, therein on competence
management. The appropriate construction of a work
station should be based on the principle of compatibility
of three structural elements: tasks and duties resulting
from them, entitlements and the responsibility of persons
assigned to the given work station. The description
of the work station of a pilot is being used to situate him
in the company's organization scheme.
