Abstract
Przedmiotem pracy jest przybliżenie Czytelnikowi fińskich rozwiązań prawnych w zakresie organizacji służby zdrowia oraz modelu kompensacji szkód, doznanych przez pacjentów w związku z udzielaniem świadczeń medycznych, w szczególności świadczeń medycznych udzielanych w ramach tzw. publicznego systemu służby zdrowia. The object of my master thesis is to introduce the reader to the Finnish legal regulation about healthcare organizations and the model of compensation of damages suffered by patients in relation to medical services, in particular health care services provided under the so-called. public health system.
