Wyznaczanie prezydenta miasta do pełnienia funkcji w radzie nadzorczej spółki kapitałowej

Abstract

In the article were discussed issues concerning statutory regulations having significant importance for the processes of appointing the mayor of city to supervisory board of companies with the capital contribution of selfgovernment units. The author concentrates on identifying and discussing the key problems related with organizational and legal aspects of decision-making processes. Fragmentary research issues are supposed to answer fundamental questions: which organ of the commune is authorized to make these decisions and in what form they should be in taken. Analyzing the chosen problems, theoretical deliberations as well as examples from the practice were presented
