Ocena stanu kapitału intelektualnego przedsiębiorstw Podkarpacia na podstawie wyników badań empirycznych

Abstract

Kapitał intelektualny jest jednym z najważniejszych czynników wpływających na konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstw. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wyników badań empirycznych wybranych aspektów oceny poziomu kapitału intelektualnego podmiotów zorganizowanych. W procesie badawczym wykorzystano metodę ankietową i narzędzia statystyczne. Wyniki przedstawiono w tabelach. Okresem badawczym był rok 2010. W badaniach uwzględniono 62 cechy kapitału intelektualnego. Wyniki badań pokazały, że stan kapitału intelektualnego w badanej grupie 122 podmiotów gospodarczych znajduje się jeszcze na relatywnie niskim poziomie.

Intellectual capital (IC) is one of the most important factors influencing the competitiveness of enterprises. The aim of the paper is to present the empirical research results concerning the chosen aspects of evaluation of the intellectual capital level in enterprises. Questionnaire and statistical methods were used in the research process. The results were presented in tables. 2010 was the period of research. 62 features of IC were taken into consideration in the research process. The results show that the state of intellectual capital in the analysed group of 122 enterprises is relatively on a low level.
