dc.description.abstractLeadership, to be effective must be adapted to the circumstances and groups of people with whom managers have to deal, and which have lead. The article indicates the important role of leadership in organizations and then equally from management. Organizations that wish to be learning organizations require a completely different style of leadership than the one to which accustomed over the period of their durations. Learning organizations can and even should be stimulated through effective leadership. Leadership in learning organziations is a continual process that starts from noticing the necessary changes in managers, to induce a willingness to change attitudes among all members of the organization.en
