Abstract
The article consists of two parts. The first analyzes the specificity of the Internet as a medium, and the phenomenon of cyberspace and various proposals for legislation in this area. The second part talks over the current regulation of online press releases by the polish law. Also analyzes the various proposals for amendments to the Polish press law – both presented by the government and NGOs.
