Abstract
Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie koncepcji szlaku turystycznego, opartego na autentycznych, lokalnych walorach, związanych z historią pracy organicznej w Śremie. W pierwszej części artykułu omówiono pojęcia autentyczności, pracy organicznej oraz tematycznego szlaku turystycznego w kontekście założeń zrównoważonego rozwoju. Część druga zawiera wyniki badań, których celem była diagnoza uwarunkowań powstania oraz propozycja przebiegu Szlaku Pracy Organicznej w Śremie. Koncepcję poddano konsultacjom społecznym wśród mieszkańców Śremu (listopad 2021–styczeń 2022), zgodnie ze społecznym podejściem w planowaniu turystycznym. Wyniki prac obejmują uporządkowaną bazę wiedzy na temat osób zaangażowanych w pracę organiczną oraz jej zróżnicowanych przejawów w Śremie. Koncepcja szlaku stanowi pierwszy etap w tworzeniu projektu, który może zostać wdrożony w formie oznakowanej w terenie i/lub wirtualnej trasy, wzbogacającej zarówno ofertę turystyczną, jak i edukacyjną Śremu.The study presents a proposal of a new tourist route based on the authenticity of local values related to the history of organic work in Śrem. The first part of the article discusses the concepts of authenticity, organic work and a theme route in the context of sustainable development. The second part is concerned with the results of the related research, the purpose of which was to diagnose the determinants of the route formation. These results were the basis for the development of a proposal for the course of the theme route “Organic Work in Śrem”. The concept of the route was subject to public consultations among the inhabitants of Śrem (November 2021–January 2022), in line with the social approach in tourism planning. The results of the work include an organized knowledge base about people and the different signs of their activities related to organic work in Śrem. The concept of the route makes up the first stage in drawing up the route design which can be implemented in a marked form in the field and/or as a virtual tourist route, enriching both the tourist and educational offer of Śrem.
