Percepcja krajobrazów militarnych

Abstract

Krajobrazy militarne, na które składają się zarówno dzieła obronne, jak i ukształtowanie oraz pokrycie terenu, reprezentują wyjątkowe wartości przyrodnicze, kulturowe i krajobrazowe. Krajobrazy podlegają ocenie i wartościowaniu. Ich odbiór wynika z wielu czynników m.in. położenia obiektów w przestrzeni, stanu zachowania, oraz indywidualnych predyspozycji. Aby dostrzec i zrozumieć zarówno wartości materialne, jak i niematerialne niezbędne jest wykorzystywanie wszystkich zmysłów – poznanie multisensoryczne. Celem badań jest identyfikacja oddziaływań multisensorycznych w obrębie fortyfikacji, będących częścią krajobrazu militarnego. W artykule podjęto próbę identyfikacji bodźców wpływających na ich postrzeganie. Dokonano próby wykazania ich znaczenia w procesie percepcji przestrzeni.

Military landscapes, which include both defensive structures and the shape of the terrain and land cover, have unique natural, cultural and landscape value. Here, they are subjected to evaluation. Their reception is based on a number of factors, including the arrangement of objects within the space, their state and their individual characteristics. To perceive and understand both their material and non-material value, it is necessary to use all possible senses – to adopt multisensory cognition. The aim of the study is to identify multisensory relations within fortifications which are part of a military landscape. The article attempts to identify the stimuli that influence their perception. An attempt was made to determine their meaning in the process of spatial perception.
