This article aims to analyze the concept of the art of living as the sense of living. The author indicates the summary dimension of the art of living and tries to show how important is the transfer of our thinking from the art to the sense of living. The author considers the relation between happiness, truth and beauty. The recognition of the ancient philosophy leads to knowledge about a nature of human being. These old questions lead to the same fears in the contemporary culture. If we wish to exist in full and truly, we need to take the challenge from what threatens the human existence the most. Paradoxically, the process of finding happiness, truth and beauty is the process of finding danger. Discussing the art of living beyond the thinking about the sense of living does not allow to see the complexity of the our experience.
