Chapter from the point of view of the theory and practice of research discusses the direction of the impact of the interview to assess a candidate which applies for the post of coach- trainer. Recruitment employee in every company looks different , but in many cases combine the two stages: assessment of a candidate on the basis of submitted application documents and, after positive verification of compliance with the required competence profile for a given position , evaluation of the results of the interview. The primary objective of the study was to verify whether the candidates who were assessed low in the first stage, but admitted to the next stage have a chance to obtain high ratings during the interview. This was achieved thanks to a query literature and analysis of the results diagnostic survey .
